Our Founder

Author, Speaker, and Handbag Designer Tiffany Anisette Pringle founded The Diamond Movement in 2010 as a support group for young girls and women to have a second chance on life and escape their past experiences of Physical and Sexual Abuse. Many young girls lack the full support necessary to transition into adulthood and are at risk for teen pregnancy, poverty, and depression.

Tiffany’s personal story and passion for youth and women has inspired her to create The Diamond Movement and The Diamond House to uplift, empower, and educate preteens, teens, and young women. The program will assist each young lady to reach their destiny and develop their God given gifts within, while helping them heal from their past emotions. Tiffany believes each Diamond Girl has purpose and she prides herself in assisting to develop their gifts and creating successful futures.
